ARE YOU STILL THE SAME YOU?
Transformation is a part of human life that commences with the development of the brain, intelligence, ideas, and skill.
Sporadically, We come across situations where we see someone really astounding or better than us and we say “Woah! Did you see him? he is freaking brilliant.” And for a particular moment, we forget ourselves because we get totally mesmerized by that person. Did something like that ever happen with you? I’ve been into that kind of situation a lot of times and even you might be. But! in this whole situation, we might forget our existence.
Lately, I was watching a video of JAY SHETTY, who is a Motivational Speaker. After watching his video,
The first thing I did was, I said - “Wow! He’s amazing.”
The second thing I did was, I watched his 4 - 5 videos more and thought - “He is truly great and I could really connect myself with what he says.”
And the very next thing most of us do is, we get on to our daily routine. As far as for me, I started studying because what I mostly do.
We get inspired, we appreciate and full stop.
Most of us never try to know how the person who inspired us, became so Powerful and Popular.
Jay Shetty a commendable personality, is today known globally for his video and speaking skills but we might not be knowing that in childhood, he was a shy kid and was bullied for his overweight but he never let these experiences affect him. His childhood was rough and it’s true that,
You can’t be what you can’t see.
Consequently, he met a monk who inspired him and suggested ways on how to find the purpose and meaning of life. Thereafter, he came to India and spent his whole 3 years being a monk in the monk’s community.
He wanted a life of service, impact, and passion as opposed to money, fame, and power.
Waking up at 4 am, taking cold showers and eating simply was a daily routine for him. He used to meditate for 8-9 hours a day and experiment with various no water and food fasts to train his mind.
Then he started visiting workplaces and shared his knowledge in attaining peace of mind, simultaneously, seeing the digital growing world he started making videos and posted on social media. After so much struggle, he has been invited to keynote at leading companies like Google, L’Oreal, Facebook, Coca Cola, HSBC, Microsoft, EY, and Accenture. As a result of his diligence, he was named one of Forbes Europe’s 30 under 30 for Media in 2017.
Jay Shetty is one the successful inspiring person and whatever he is right now, he has worked hard for it and owned his place.
Every human is born with the same intelligence, the one who excels, are the ones who persistently work on themselves for an upgraded transformation and avoid the negative approach which life lashes on them.
No one gets success until and unless you are willing to work hard for it and keep on developing the skills you are good at. If you love a skill, learn it, practice it and excel it. Learning is power!

The next time you see someone, who inspires you, don’t forget that even you can be where he/she is right now. Even you can inspire others, what you need is hard work with patience.
Don’t be the same as you were a year ago. Learn! Grow! Get inspired! And, Inspire!
It’s you who can change your life and bring a change in other’s life too!

Steps to Transform Yourself into a Better Version!
Humans are not meant to stop growing. In fact, no living thing on earth is meant to stop growing. We are all alive, we are born to grow and develop.
1. Describe how you want your life to be.
Without a vision, it’s hard to consistently work towards the development of self. So, define and imagine and be particular about how you want to live your life. It would definitely avail your answer about how much you need to work hard to reach till the life you desire.
2. List down what activities of yours are holding you back.
After imagining where you want to be, your aim is clear and now you need to work on how to reach there. Hence, make a list of all the activities of yours which are not letting you grow in a positive manner.
3. Target to get rid of your unhealthy doings one by one.
It’s won’t be easy to put them off but definitely not unattainable. Always start with small to achieve big. First, try to avoid doing small bad doings one by one and then move a level up.
4. Change your environment.
By changing your environment, you would definitely make you feel fresh, positive and unstuck. Try to adopt a habit of meditation or running or something which you think would make you feel amazing. If you can add a reminder for the dos and don’ts for a day then it would be great and appreciable.
5. Use positive Self-Talk to motivate yourself.
Attitude can either make you or break you. Be your Self Motivator and try a self- talk. Pay attention to your negative ways of thinking and if you catch up yourself thinking negatively, at that very moment replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts as negative can’t be removed but it can be replaced.
6. Try something new to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
You are making a big change in your life, so you need to get out of your comfort zone to grow. The best way to do this is by trying doing new stuff like “Talking to a stranger”, “Go skydiving”, “Applying internship”, “Try to learn a new skill” and whatever which makes you feel new.
7. Set realistic, measurable goals to help you be your best self.
When you set unrealistic goals, the probability of achieving them is less. Review your description of the kind of life you want, and identify 2-3 goals that can help you can there.
8. Surround yourself with growth-oriented people who motivate you.
The people you hang out with have a great impact on your motivation and behavior. Try to hang out with people who are working towards their goals and make you feel positive.
